Just One of You?
By combining the active strategies of Drama Therapy with the Internal Family Systems theory, this workshop will create a valuable approach to easing our turmoil. It's never been more challenging in our world to see ourselves with compassion and find the ability to heal our antipathy, confusion, and judgment. Life transitions can shake us. We get lost, wrestle with profound changes, suffer through grief, and discover new perspectives and strengths. In this workshop, we'll externalize the internal and point a clear path towards connection and empowering choices. Co-facilitated by Vida Vasaitis, Drama and Family Therapist.

Acceptance and Forgiveness
As anxiety increases and societal crises emerge, we seek new insights to apply to current challenges. By practicing acceptance, we acknowledge what is happening and what needs to be made right. Forgiveness is key to letting go of the burdens of our pain narratives and finding an opening to our next chapter, our new story. In this workshop, we'll pair the tools of expressive arts with the skills of acceptance and forgiveness to find an arc for meaningful change. Co-facilitated by Kriya Kaping, Community Outreach and Training Specialist.

Legacy Work –
From Moment to Memory
Through story, music, and movement, this workshop invites participants to explore the art of honoring their life stories or those of others. We'll engage in an experiential journey into legacy as a living, evolving process rather than a fixed destination. Through drama and music therapy, we'll cultivate presence, spontaneity, and embodied awareness, discovering how creative expression can transform moments into memories. This 'Legacy Work' enriches professional practice with creativity, compassion, and authentic expression, celebrating all that unfolds through every breath, gesture, and shared story. Co-facilitated by Carly Stone, Music Therapist.

Your One Wild and Precious Life-An Introduction to Self-Revelatory Theatre
Just as we’re sailing along, suddenly and often shockingly, a challenge comes into our lives–one that rocks us to our core. Telling that story helps us navigate the challenge, and lightens its burdensome weight. This workshop welcomes all participants with a promise to meet you where you are in sharing your personal story. Through intermodal activities, both active and reflective, we'll awaken and deepen the compassion and clarity through devising and sharing that challenging moment from your life.
Co-facilitated by Dr. Cleopatra Bertelsen, teacher, counselor, and artist.
