Cultivating Radical Acceptance
Through Art-Making, Improvisation,
This workshop will utilize creative, therapeutic tools such as art-making, improvisation, and storytelling to heighten empathic curiosity and receptivity to the compassionate humanity that animates us all. The workshop facilitators will lead the exploration of perceptions, expectation, and insights into radical acceptance, creating a new narrative, and the art of spontaneity.
Participants will leave the workshop with CE credits, new tools, and activity worksheets for clients.
Clay and Story
Creating stories and sculpting with clay are complementary processes that call upon deep reflection and the courage to express. Together, they form a bond in a spiritual practice. This workshop begins with mindful meditation and includes dance movement, sculpting, journaling, and embodied storytelling.
The clay can be returned to the earth or fired in a kiln; the story is released, honed, and shared.
