We communicate every day at a skill level somewhere between effective and “I wish I had said that differently” or “I wish I had the confidence to speak up.”
We have many tools (not just hammers) that serve us as we speak—and listen—throughout our days. From time to time, we all need to sharpen our existing tools and acquire new ones in order to gain confidence as we expand our communication skills.
In this focused and fun workshop, we'll get to know each other in a welcoming learning environment. We'll brush up on everyday talk so you can be clear and engaging, no matter who you're speaking with.
Topics include asking, boundaries, reframing, and overcoming fear.
